WHAT STEEN PAINTs

For artist Brandon Steen, every painting is in a way a time capsule for him. Drawn not to just the mundane, but the beauty within it. His interest lies in the historical value relating to building preservation over the consumption of it. Steen has keen interest in how we imbue value collectively in architecture and how the age of the building has stood witness to time unfold around it.  He is represented by the prestigious Roberts Gallery in Toronto.
